Ingredients
20 gm VertiVegies Sparkle Rocket
15 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbs Orange marmalade
45 ml White rum
15 ml Yellow chartreuse
Lemon wheel for garnish
Recipe
Muddle the Sparkle Rocket lightly with the fresh lemon juice in a cocktail jar. Add the marmalade into the mix and muddle lightly again. Top the jar with ice and add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir vigorously for about 30 seconds (or until the marmalade is smooth) and strain into a rock glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lemon wheel (dehydrated if possible) and a dollop of marmalade.
Pro Tip
We would recommend Brugal Especial White Rum for this particular tipple and add more marmalade for a sweeter concoction. Goes very well with Oven Baked Eggs too!
